ekrano užsklanda statusas T sritis informatika apibrėžtis Judantis ↑paveikslas, uždengiantis ↑monitoriaus ekraną. Naudojamas ↑grafinėse sąsajose (pvz., operacinėse sistemose „Windows“). Pradinė paskirtis buvo apsaugoti ekraną nuo išblukimo, kai ilgesniam laikui paliekamas įjungtas kompiuteris ir jo ekrane imamas rodyti tas pats vaizdas, ir ilgą laiką stipriai apšviečiamos tos pačios vietos. Šiuolaikiniai monitorių ekranai šviesai atsparesni, tačiau ekrano užsklandos išliko populiarios kaip puošybos elementas. Užsklandos piešinį galima pasirinkti. Paveiksle parodyti šeši piešinių variantai. Iliustraciją žr. priede. Užsklandą tvarko nedidelė kompiuterio programa, blokuojanti tikrąjį vaizdą ir pradedanti rodyti jame paveikslus, kai nustatytą laiko tarpą nepaspaudžiamas nė vienas klavišas ir nepajudinama pelė.
